Hi!
I’m hoping this post finds you safe and healthy. It’s such a different world than a month ago, and I find myself vacillating quite a bit between positive emotions (like feeling good, grateful, upbeat, and steady) and negative emotions (like feeling down, unfocused, worried, disconnected, and bored). Sometimes it feels like a roller coaster.
I've decided to put together resources that I’m going to be sending out every few days – short Havening videos, articles, and other resources that may be useful for managing emotions and feeling connected. So be on the lookout! I hope some of these will resonate with you and give you support. Here's my first video: Self-Havening for JOY! You can use the self-Havening techniques 2-3 minutes once or twice a day to cultivate feelings of JOY anytime you need a little pick-me-up.
